Total Slacker

Day 1

Okay, so I'm a complete and total slacker with updating this training blog. I FAIL...I've found Facebook has made this kind blog a tad redundant. After laundry, work, bills, contemplating, and decompressing, I hope that within two weeks I'll have a ride report all sketched out and all my pictures from ALC8 organized and ready for sharing. In the interim the pics below represent the most striking things I think I'll remember from participating in AIDs/Lifecycle 8. I'll elaborate more in my ride report to come....
