I commute from home to train; train to work; and back. 1,275 miles is how many miles I've put on my commuting bike this past year (subtract 1.5 month for only putting the odometer on the bike Mid-February, one month recovery from surgery, and another two weeks for vacation taken = 1,275 commuting miles in 9 months or 142 miles/month which doesn't seem like a whole hell of a lot).
